We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Business Analyst

to join our team. The ideal candidate will work across several client projects helping understand business requirements, defining strategy and documenting requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, IT, Finance, and Product Management to gather requirements, analyse data, and deliver scalable Oracle solutions that align with the business objectives of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:



Lead requirements gathering sessions. Provide advice and guidance. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, understand and document business requirements related to the lead to cash process. Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for lead to cash processes and solution definition. Provide the link between the client business team, and the technical/development teams. Work with development teams or vendors to build and deploy CPQ features and enhancements. Own the creation of Solution Design Documents working with multiple contributors, ensuring its clarity, readability and flow. Work in partnership with Project Managers and Architects to guide the success of the deliverables. Generate documentation including process flows, training materials, and system architecture diagrams.
The list of key responsibilities is not exhaustive, and the post holder may be required to undertake other relevant and appropriate duties as reasonably required. Travel should be expected as part of this role.

Experience / qualifications required:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in the Sales / Front office / Lead to Cash Domain Experience with CPQ platforms Strong understanding of sales processes, pricing strategies, and product configuration. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work across technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong written and documentation skills. Excellent time management and prioritisation skills. The ability to work independently when required, as well as part of a team. Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with others.

Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:



Familiarity with subscription billing, usage-based pricing, or SaaS revenue models. Knowledge of APIs and integration with ERP systems Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
