We need an experienced Business Analyst with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and proven Stakeholder and Program Management skills to assess several current Talent Development initiatives around the business. They will be responsible for assessing their credibility and designing an ideal solution to connect the initiatives together for seamless integration within our technology. The role requires working with senior stakeholders on engagement, but also to take the wider business on the change curve journey for all-employee adoption.
This is not an IT Business Analyst
role, but a business facing one with an appreciation and deep understanding of the technology we'll use to embed the solution.
Please be aware this is an FTC for an intial 18 months.
Responsibilities:
Role
Assessment and Design:
Evaluate current Talent Development initiatives and design a solution(s) for enhancement and seamless integration within one another, and within the People Technology. Knowledge and experience of internal Talent Development is essential.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collate and convey ideas from others, engage core stakeholders and gather full adoption with the whole business.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships with senior stakeholders, managing conflicts of interest, and ensuring engagement.
Program Management:
Experience in managing complex programs, including planning, design, execution, and delivery to a tight deadline and high quality. Comfortable with managing program hurdles, risks, issues and pivots.
Business Engagement:
Ability to engage a nuanced, international and remote workforce and guide them through the change curve of the program for all-employee adoption. Comfortable with selling the outcomes and benefits of the program.
Technology Understanding:
Deep appreciation and understanding of the technology used to embed the designed solution(s), though not an IT-focused role.
General
