TheBusiness Transformation team at Hampshire Trust Bank is dedicated to driving strategic change, enhancing efficiency, and delivering successful outcomes. The Business Transformation team plays a multifaceted role in the organisation, encompassing various functions that work collaboratively to achieve our strategic goals. We bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring that our initiatives are not only well-planned but also effectively implemented and sustained. Our team is involved in a wide range of activities, from conducting in-depth business analysis to managing complex programmes and projects and ensuring quality through rigorous testing.



Our department consists of several specialised functions, Business Analysis, Programme Management, Project Delivery Leads, and Project Management Office (PMO).

Requirements:

Relevant breadth of experience in business analysis, significant computer system implementations, change management, group facilitation, and/or analytical or research studies.Support Novuna with fulfilling its duties relating to regulatory compliance, audit and safety as required by company process and management direction Excellent analytical and abstract reasoning skills. Solid experience in lending, banking or financial services industry and familiarity with the supporting systems. Experience with working with 3rd party suppliers. Excellent interpersonal & written communication skills. Great story teller, presenting complex information in a simple and concise manner. Ability to drive multiple parties & suppliers to deliver defined project document deliverables. Ability to manage to fixed deadlines and workload requirements. Experience with industry standard approaches to change.

As a member of the Business Transformation team, engage and work with stakeholders to clearly breakdown and define requirements for change, ensuring that functionality is developed in line with the companies vision and to agreed change standards.



Work collaboratively with your team and other teams to create opportunities to support the success of HTB and to deliver a quality result.





Identifies opportunities for delivering business value by improving business processes, developing new systems and evolving the operation. Acts as a liaison between department end-users, solution architects, developers, 3 party suppliers and testers. Has a good understanding of data analysis techniques, business scenarios and reporting. Consults in the end to end project lifecycle through analysis, design, configuration, testing and maintenance of systems to ensure they meet the department's optimal operational performance. Supports detailed universally understood Business Cases for requests for new initiatives and funding requests. Defines the feasibility of, and develops requirements for, new systems and enhancements to existing systems; ensures the system design supports the realisation of benefits. Document process flows, functional and non functional requirements using appropriate industry techniques Assists with the user acceptance testing and triaging the impact of defects to identify priority. Work collaboratively with other Business Analysts to help identify inter project dependencies. * Support HTB with fulfilling its duties relating to regulatory compliance, audit and safety as required by company process and management direction
