Job Description
Primary Skills
Strong understanding of insurance, particularly commercial lines Familiarity with the policy lifecycle and business processes Proficiency in Policy Administration Systems SQL knowledge for data analysis and reporting Ability to analyze and document business processes and requirements Experience in designing and implementing solutions based on business needs
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and understand their needs Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Project Management
Experience in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timeline Ability to lead end-to-end integration testing and assist in planning test efforts
Agile Methodology
Experience in Agile software development as a Product Owner or similar role Knowledge of sprint ceremonies like backlog refinement and sprint review
Mandatory Skills:
