We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough data analysis to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyse business needs.
- Utilise SQL to extract and manipulate data for analysis purposes.
- Develop reports and dashboards using Tableau to visualise key metrics and trends.
- Create automated processes using VBA to streamline data collection and reporting tasks.
- Assist in project management activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Design and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Use Visio for database design and process mapping.

Skills:
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualisation and reporting.
- Strong VBA skills for automating tasks in Excel and other applications.
- Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Business analysis expertise to identify business needs and propose solutions.
- Data analysis skills to interpret complex datasets and draw meaningful insights.
- Project management capabilities to oversee project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Database design knowledge to create efficient data structures.
