is looking for a detail-oriented and strategic

IT Business Analyst

to join our dynamic team. This role bridges the gap between technology and business--ensuring systems and processes align with evolving business goals. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting digital transformation, and driving innovation through effective collaboration and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders across business units to define and prioritise functional and technical requirements. Act as the primary liaison between operational teams, technical developers, and third-party vendors. Capture, validate, and manage business requirements related to

Salesforce

(Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and other enterprise tools. Work with

AI, machine learning, and automation platforms

to propose and implement innovative solutions. Analyse existing systems and business processes; identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Document current (As-Is) and future state (To-Be) business processes using standard modelling tools. Facilitate

workshops and stakeholder interviews

to gather and validate requirements. Develop training materials, user guides, and support documentation for system rollouts. Ensure system solutions meet

compliance

data governance

requirements. Track and report on project progress, risks, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Champion

Agile methodologies

, including Scrum ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. Contribute to the design and continuous improvement of

end-to-end digital workflows

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (required). Minimum of

3+ years of experience

in business analysis, preferably in IT or digital transformation projects.
