As a Business Analyst, you will:





Lead collaboration with stakeholders and clients to map and analyse business processes using tools such as process mapping, root cause analysis, co-creation workshops, interviews, and data analytics. Identify areas for improvement and recommend innovative, practical changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Develop business cases, feasibility studies, and cost-benefit analyses to support strategic initiatives. Support implementation and change management of pilot solutions and monitor their impact. Build and maintain performance dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making. Document technical and business processes, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and guides for operational use. Translate business needs into technical specifications and analyse systems for integration and improvement opportunities. Ensure compliance with organisational policies, standards, and service level agreements.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, front-line teams, and external partners.





We're seeking someone with:





Proven experience using business analysis tools and techniques to support process improvement. In-depth experience in producing high-quality process documentation and developing business cases. Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of business processes and industry standards Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to lead co-creation activities. Confidence in translating data and insights into practical, results-driven solutions Experience collaborating with front-line teams in operational, healthcare, social services, or veterinary environments is advantageous, though not essential.
