Join our team as a Business Analyst. You'll support clients by identifying needs, specifying requirements, and recommending solutions.


Responsibilities:

Participate in client meetings. Assist in identifying and specifying needs. Gather business requirements and recommend solutions. Maintain product vision. Prepare and deliver client presentations. Design solutions and support user training. Define and plan business requirements. Analyze and manage projects (e.g., Agile). Create documentation and process visualizations. Develop product backlogs and describe communication interfaces. Assess change impacts and resolve errors. Support acceptance testing (UAT) and model project states. Translate business needs for the project team. Build domain knowledge and adapt communication methods. Collaborate closely with development teams and have a working understanding of how system architecture is created. Effectively communicate technical concepts to developers and ensure accurate translation of business requirements into technical specifications.

Required Skills:

Ability to work under pressure and stress. Creativity and proactive problem-solving. Analytical thinking and effective communication. Proficiency in digital tools and self-development.
Competencies:

English: C1/C2 Proven experience working with developers and technical teams. Solid understanding of software development processes and system architecture. Experience in IT business analysis (3-6 months preferred). * Familiarity with British clients and project management tools (Jira).
