Responsibilities

Conduct thorough analysis of business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans. Utilise tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Photoshop to analyse data and present findings. Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Develop SEO strategies to enhance online visibility and drive traffic through effective email marketing campaigns. Create engaging content for various platforms, including WordPress sites and social media channels. Provide leadership in B2B marketing initiatives, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint for senior management review. Maintain effective communication across teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.

Requirements

Proven experience in a Business Analyst role or similar position. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics. Experience in project management methodologies and tools. Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail in content creation. Knowledge of SEO best practices and social media management strategies. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Demonstrated leadership capabilities within a team environment.
