We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various clerical and administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to both staff and clients.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
Manage office correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail.
Maintain filing systems and ensure that all documents are organised and easily accessible.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings for team members.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Handle basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
Provide clerical support by preparing reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
Assist with inventory management of office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
Skills
Proficient in office software, particularly Google Suite and QuickBooks.
Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
