Job Description

On behalf of Homes England, we are looking for a Business Case Lead - Inside IR35 for a 6 Month contract (with possible extension) based Hybrid - Remote & 1-2 days p/month in Bristol.

As a Business Case Lead your main responsibilities will be to:



Lead the development of business cases, ensuring alignment with HM Treasury Green Book and 5 Case Model standards. Collaborate with finance, procurement, and project teams to ensure financial and commercial robustness. Manage the end-to-end drafting and approval process for business cases, meeting internal and external requirements. Provide expert guidance to project teams on business case procedures and best practices. Build strong stakeholder relationships to support smooth case progression and resolve issues early. Ensure business cases are clear, audience-focused, and demonstrate value for money.

You'll have:



Demonstrable Business Case development knowledge & experience. Excellent knowledge of HMT Green Book business case development & supporting processes. Senior level stakeholder engagement (C-Suite level). A background in change management inc. standard change management practices - desirable.
