As a Business Centre Manager, you will:
Identify and develop prospects to maximise sales and profitability from fleet vehicles and funding options with Toyota Financial Services.
Plan and organise daily selling activities, including telephoning sales prospects (previous/existing Fleet customers, general enquiries, sales leads, and cold calling) to win new business.
Qualify customer requirements, ensuring the closest possible match between the final solution and the customers needs.
Arrange and coordinate product demonstrations to fit customer requirements.
Location
: Your main base will be Vantage Toyota York. However, some travel to Knaresborough and Scarborough will be required for business meetings and building support in our Customer Delivery Area (cDA).
Work Hours:
This is a full time role and typically you will be expected to work between 08:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a strategic plan to approach business customers in the York area, leveraging Toyota's market-leading electrified solutions and Toyota Financial Services campaigns.
Ensure opportunities for sales by other teams are followed up by the most appropriate specialist.
Appraise vehicles presented for part exchange and agree on a purchase price with the Used Car Sales Manager.
Negotiate sale prices and produce finance quotes, using knowledge of various funding options to maximise commission while meeting customer needs.
Arrange finance agreements and payment methods, adhering to provider and company policies.
Write proposals to obtain agreement on suggested solutions and coordinate necessary administration, including updating customer records.
Agree on delivery arrangements with the customer and work with colleagues across the dealership to provide seamless customer service.
Continuously review and improve Fleet sales processes and systems to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Collaborate with an established team including on-site and off-site admin teams, a best practice BCM in the group, Toyota Area Support Manager, three fleet champions on-site, a General Sales Manager, and two Transaction Managers.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven sales achiever with strong face-to-face sales experience, preferably from inside or outside the motor industry.
Ability to qualify customer requirements and build a match between the solution and customer needs.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in producing finance quotes and agreeing on finance arrangements.
