Job Introduction



We are currently recruiting for a Business Centre Manager to join our Toyota Dealership in Bristol North.



The hours of work are 8:30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.



Benefits include the use of a company car and an OTE of up to 60,000.



Role and Responsibilities



Within each of our dealerships we have specialists who are responsible for managing your own area of influence to source and develop sustainable local business sales opportunities in line with the Toyota brand objectives.



You will act as the key contact for potential local business and corporate company car drivers, whilst planning and organising your own sales activities to win new profitable business. You will also guide and offer customers comprehensive support in all of their vehicle financing and insurance requirements.



About you



You will be knowledgeable and confidant presenting all funding methods to clients.



Be able to help and support the wider sales team to identify qualifying clients and provide all funding methods enabling them to make the best funding decision.



Generate leads from the business community by highlighting their business proposition expertise.



Understand the tax implications of every model and type of finance offer, providing finance and generic taxation examples to aid decision making.



Work at a managerial level, directly for the GM, whilst highlighting their own sales activity, lead generation and business marketing activity.



Be passionate about business customer retention. Taking ownership of renewal tools whether it be your database.



Have great people skills, installing themselves in the local business community and becoming the "trusted business expert" for Toyota in Bristol.



Provided each client with a fantastic experience from their initial communication, through to delivery of the car and regular touch points in the clients purchase cycle.



You may be an existing Local Business Development Manager, Fleet Manager, Retail Manager or Sales Manager looking for a new opportunity that provides better rewards and career opportunities. You will also have an outstanding record of sales achievement with exceptional finance sales performance.
