We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to join our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth with existing accounts. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyse market trends to develop effective strategies. The Business Development Manager will play a vital role in expanding our market presence and achieving organisational objectives.

Duties



Identify and pursue new business opportunities through B2B sales channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners. Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to inform strategic planning. Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and solutions. Utilise Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage leads, track sales activities, and monitor progress. Lead negotiations to secure contracts and close deals effectively. Analyse sales data to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Provide leadership within the sales team by mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements



Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and market insights. Proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms. Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring teams. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organisational skills with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strategic thinker with a proactive attitude towards business growth initiatives. Relevant qualifications in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields are desirable but not essential.
