We're looking for a confident, driven individual to join our growing team and help us expand our
account customer base
.
This role is focused on
winning new account customers
and
building strong relationships with existing ones
. While we already work closely with hotel groups, we know we've only scratched the surface when it comes to other industries and this role will play a key part in unlocking that growth.
If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships over the phone, and developing long-term business accounts, this could be an excellent opportunity.
The Role:
You'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and onboarding new account customers, as well as managing and developing existing accounts.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Proactively calling potential new account customers to introduce our business and services
Managing and nurturing existing account customers to increase repeat orders
Identifying new industries and customer types we can support beyond hotels
Understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable products or solutions
Updating customer information accurately on our systems
Following up enquiries, quotes, and opportunities via phone and email
Working closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
This role has

What We're Looking For:
Confident and professional
telephone manner

Comfortable making outbound calls and building rapport
Previous experience in a similar role (sales, account management, business development) is a
bonus
Strong communication and listening skills
Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple conversations and accounts
A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in developing customer relationships
