We're looking for a confident and proactive Business Development Administrator to join our team. This role involves supporting client relationships and coordinating internal sales and marketing processes. You'll be an essential link between clients, colleagues, marketing and media contacts--playing a key role in keeping everything running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Use Zoho CRM to support client interactions and maintain accurate records.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and media contacts.
Identify new customers and routes to market.
Assist with diary coordination, creating quotes, and processing sales orders when needed.
Provide regular reporting to the management team.
Support the development and delivery of public relations, events, content for digital and social media communication.
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure timely follow-ups and excellent service delivery.
What We're Looking For:

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Previous experience with CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
Comfortable working with clients, coordinating tasks, and handling administrative processes.
