The Business Development Administrator is responsible for supporting the growth and expansion of the company through administrative support for the Partnerships and Marketing area of the business. More than just an administrator, you'll be a core member of our team, living and breathing our objectives. You'll be actively involved in providing solutions, optimising processes, and enhancing the overall partner and customer experience. Priorities include maintenance of inboxes, taking actions for department projects and any other administrative tasks.

CSAT Process Management
Support Partner Onboarding / Partner Projects
Marketing Project support
Stock Control
Communication logistics / fulfilment
General Admin Support / Cover for other admin functions as required
What You'll Need
Confident, adaptable communicator--phone, email, and in person.
Strong relationship builder with excellent customer service skills.
Naturally engaging, curious, and collaborative, but equally effective solo.
Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Confidently embodies "The Homewise Way" with ownership, balance, and accountability.
This is a full-time, permanent and office-based opportunity and the basic salary for this role is 24,000 to 26,000 depending on experience.
