Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic

Business Development Advisor

to join our conveyancing team. This is an key role in supporting the company's growth objectives and involves assisting the company director in building and maintaining working relationships primarily with national housebuilders.

Responsibilities

Promote the firm's brand and reputation in the conveyancing and property markets. Initial contact with prospective customers providing quotations and information about the services offered. maintain strong relationships with referral partners (estate agents, lenders, builders. Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement campaigns targeting home buyers, sellers, and referrers. Improve client retention by gathering feedback and enhancing the customer experience. Work closely with company director, conveyancers and administrative staff to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery. Coordinate with compliance teams to ensure business development activities align with regulatory standards

Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales and negotiation expertise. Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions. Understanding of the conveyancing process and property industry (particularly new build industry) preferred but not essential.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 24,420.00-30,000.00 per year
