Our client is recruiting for two Business Development Apprentices to join their team in

Lee-on-the-Solent.

The Position

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm

Salary:



16,000 plus commission

Role and Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify and research potential clients, markets, and partnerships. Use tools (e.g., CRM, LinkedIn, databases) to source new leads. Cold call, email, or message prospects to initiate contact.
Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Act as the main point of contact during the sales process.
Sales & Revenue Growth

Present and pitch products/services to potential customers. Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets. Follow up on sales leads and convert them into active accounts.
Market Research & Strategy

Analyse industry trends and competitor offerings. Provide feedback to marketing and product teams based on market needs. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
Collaboration & Reporting

Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, product, operations). Report on sales metrics, pipeline status, and performance regularly. Attend conferences, networking events, or exhibitions to generate leads.
Customer Onboarding & Support

Support new clients during the onboarding process. Ensure smooth transition from sales to service delivery. Resolve any client issues with the support of internal teams.
