We're on the lookout for an organised, people orientated
Business Development Assistant
to join our team. You'll be helping our Account Manager keep things running smoothly behind the scenes -- from supporting client relationships to assisting with sales and marketing tasks. If you're someone who enjoys working with people, loves the outdoors, and can juggle a few plates at once, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
Client & Admin Support:
Help keep our client accounts up to date and organised.
Assist with communicating to customers when its busy
Invoicing all clients through the software Xero and keeping our records up to date
Basic admin tasks like proof reading, emails, writing documents
Sales Support:
Assist with lead generation -- researching potential schools or clients.
Help pull together quotes, presentations and contracts
Be the main point of contact for the No Limits holiday clubs including the preparation of documents for our instructors to facilitate the clubs successfully
Follow up with new enquiries and pass them along to the right people.

Marketing Support:
Assist with email campaigns, social media scheduling, and content creation.
Be able to take a good photo
Keep our website up to date and make regular changes to content through the software WordPress
Draft simple copy for newsletters, updates, or social posts (don't worry -- we'll help).
Help track engagement and basic marketing stats (no deep analytics needed).
Keep our content, photos, and brochures organised and up to date.
General Coordination:
Be a helpful bridge between clients and our internal team (including our instructors!).
Sit in on meetings and take notes/action points.
Pitch in where needed -- we're a team, and we all roll up our sleeves when things get busy.
About You:
You're organised, friendly, and not afraid to speak up.
You've got some admin or client service experience under your belt.
You're comfortable using email, Google Docs, and maybe even a CRM.
You're not a full-blown marketer or sales guru -- but you're curious and willing to learn.
You enjoy working with people and have a genuine interest in outdoor education.
Bonus if you've worked in a school, camp, or education setting before!
Nice-to-Haves (But Not Essential):
Experience using Canva, Mailchimp, or similar tools.
Some knowledge of social media content planning.
Passion for outdoor learning, adventure, or environmental education.
