The Role:
We're looking for a motivated and results-driven
Business Development Executive
to help expand our client base and secure new drainage contracts. You'll play a key role in identifying opportunities, tendering for contracts, and developing strong partnerships with customers and local authorities.
Responsibilities:
Identify and tender for commercial and domestic drainage contracts
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term clients
Build relationships with property managers, builders, councils, and facility companies
Represent Totally Blocked Ltd at networking events, trade shows, and meetings
Prepare and manage tender documents and proposals
Collaborate with our operations team to ensure high service standards
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, preferably in construction, facilities, or drainage sectors
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of local and regional business networks
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Full UK driving licence
