The Role
We're looking for a
Business Development Assistant
to support our sales and marketing activities in the renewable energy and consumer electronics sectors. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to build a career in business development within the fast-growing battery and solar energy market.
You'll work closely with the Director and Business Development Executive to support lead generation, prepare quotations, coordinate communication with clients and suppliers, and help manage trade show operations.
You will:
Assist in identifying and qualifying leads across battery, solar, and consumer electronics markets.
Support quotation, proposal, and presentation preparation for client enquiries.
Help manage client communications, including emails, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, and production teams to track sample and order progress.
Conduct basic market research on potential clients, competitors, and product trends.
Support exhibition planning, trade show coordination, and marketing material preparation.
Provide administrative support to the business development and operations teams.
What We're Looking For
Strong interest in renewable energy, sustainability, or consumer electronics product.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Cantonese is a must, Mandarin, or another European language (advantage).
Degree holder preferred (Business, Marketing, or Engineering).
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Confident with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
Prior experience in sales support, customer service, or B2B coordination is a plus, but not essential.
