What You'll Be Doing
CRM & Data Management
Keep our HubSpot CRM system accurate and up to date
Track leads and opportunities
Prepare data to support outreach and marketing campaigns
Business Development & Marketing Support
Help manage our sales funnel and track potential projects
Support marketing campaign planning and execution
Assist with presentations, meetings, and reporting
Research & Market Intelligence
Identify new leads and clients through research
Monitor the market and competitors to inform BD strategy
Team & Administrative Support
Schedule meetings, take minutes, and follow up actions
Collaborate across departments to ensure aligned communication
What We're Looking For
Minimum 3 years' experience in business development or sales support
Strong CRM skills (preferably HubSpot)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Strong research and analytical skills
Confident communicator, written and verbal
A team player with a positive, proactive mindset
Bonus if you have an interest in education, architecture, or construction sectors.
