Are you passionate about partnerships, marketing, and making a real impact in the pet care and wellbeing space? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Assistant to join our dynamic team!


As our Business Development Assistant, you'll play a key role in supporting strategic partnerships and driving new commercial opportunities. You'll help activate and deliver sponsorships, advertising, and licensing initiatives that support our mission and growth.

Your day-to-day will include:

Supporting our key partnerships by tracking performance and preparing monthly dashboards. Assisting with sponsorship acquisition, renewals, and evaluation. Conducting market research to identify new partnership opportunities. Creating compelling pitch materials and marketing insights. Supporting product licensing efforts and managing royalty reports. Collaborating across teams to ensure smooth delivery of business development initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in a support role within commercial, marketing, partnerships, or fundraising--ideally in a not-for-profit, membership, or brand-led organisation. Familiarity with business development processes such as lead generation, partnership support, or commercial administration. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, or similar CRM and data platforms. Ability to compile reports, analyse performance data, and support the preparation of presentations and dashboards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners. Bonus: Experience working with sponsors, licensing partners, or corporate supporters--especially in events, insurance, pet care, or retail sectors.
