Baretto London Ltd is a fast-growing hospitality brand operating high-quality Italian coffee, wine, and food concepts across London. With a pipeline of new venues and early-stage international expansion plans particularly exploring opportunities in Singapore we are strengthening our business development function.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to support our strategic growth and expansion roadmap.

This role is ideal for a recent business graduate who brings strong analytical capabilities and an understanding of the Asian market, specifically the Singapore hospitality and consumer landscape, to support research and development activities.

You will work closely with the founder and management team across market research, business planning, partnerships, and international expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct domestic and international market research, with a focus on Singapore's hospitality, F&B, and consumer trends. Analyse opportunities, competitor positioning, and regulatory considerations for potential expansion into Singapore. Support the development of business plans, financial projections, and investment presentations. Assist with identifying potential partners, collaborators, and suppliers relevant to Singapore and broader Asia-Pacific opportunities. Produce structured reports and recommendations based on market data. Contribute to UK venue development, including new openings and operational improvements. Support marketing initiatives and strategic brand expansion projects.
Requirements

Recent graduate with a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. Mandarin and Cantonese speaker. Strong analytical and research skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Knowledge, academic exposure, or demonstrated understanding of the Asian market specifically the Singapore market is required for this role. Ability to convert market data into actionable insights. Interest in international business expansion, hospitality trends, and brand development. Competency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
