Business Development Co-ordinator
Join our dynamic Communities Department, where we are committed to driving sustainable change and transformation. We focus on key initiatives that strengthen recruitment, retention, governance, and digital innovation. We are looking for a dedicated Business Development Coordinator to support our Director and Heads of Service in achieving our strategic goals.
You will be responsible for:
Co-ordinating and supporting
l
ead projects aimed at recruiting and retaining frontline social care staff, with potential support for all community staff.
Prepare and maintain project documentation for reporting, monitoring, and evaluation to ensure quality information accessibility.
Assist with HR recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency in hiring and onboarding.
Design and implement tailored recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs and organise and attend events to promote engagement, morale, and retention within the department.
Assist the Democratic Co-ordinator with managing democratic processes, providing information, advice, and assistance to managers and handle reports ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Oversee the daily management of the Department's Committee business within the Council's decision-making framework.
Support digital initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and share digital expertise within the service area.
