The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services effectively. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as the ability to communicate in both English and Spanish will be advantageous in serving our diverse clientele.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high standard of service.
Assist customers in resolving issues and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
Utilise effective phone etiquette to maintain professionalism during all interactions.
Perform data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and track interactions.
Identify opportunities for upselling products or services based on customer needs.
Communicate clearly and effectively with customers, ensuring they feel valued and understood.
Analyse customer feedback to improve service delivery and contribute to team goals.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly desirable; multilingual candidates are also welcome.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and professionalism.
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse information quickly and provide effective solutions.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
