In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our commercial growth by identifying new business opportunities, coordinating strategic partnerships, and assisting in the execution of sales initiatives. You will work closely with clubs, sponsors, and rights holders to build relationships that drive revenue, brand alignment, and long-term value.
What you'll do:
Support the end-to-end sales process from research and outreach to proposal development and contract support and identify and prioritize new market opportunities, leveraging existing partnerships and forging new ones.
Help create tailored partnership pitches for clubs, federations, and sponsors that drive long-term value.
Research new partnership opportunities in professional football and grassroots sport.
Maintain a strong pipeline of leads and opportunities, helping the commercial team meet and exceed growth targets.
Act as a trusted point of contact for clubs, sponsors, media partners, and stakeholders.
Support ongoing engagement, ensuring smooth delivery and high satisfaction across all accounts.
Align with marketing, creative, and product teams to deliver integrated and performance-driven partnership plans.
Work closely with the internal teams to execute campaigns seamlessly.
Produce reports on revenue, partnership engagement, and campaign performance.
What You'll Bring
A degree in Business, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
3 to 4 years' experience in business development, sponsorship, or partnership management, ideally in the sports or football industry.
A genuine passion for football, sport, and building meaningful brand relationships.
A commercial mindset with a talent for spotting opportunities and turning them into tangible results.
Knowledge of how football sponsorships and sports rights operate in the UK and European markets.
Strong communication and presentation skills comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure.
A proactive, self-motivated approach and a team-first attitude.
