Key Responsibilities:Lead the full sales cycle for Real estate clients, collaborating with global subject matter experts and senior stakeholdersUtilize industry networks to generate new leads and expand deal pipelinesDrive business development by attending and leveraging industry events, conferences, and seminarsManage RFPs and proposals, ensuring compelling submissions that align with client needs and strategic goalsDevelop and maintain marketing assets including pitch decks and branded materials to support sales effortsExplore and assess new markets for promoting Real estate offeringsWork closely with senior leadership and product teams to secure new mandates and client winsIdentify and support product innovation, contributing to the creation of new service offeringsExpand professional network to enhance brand visibility and unlock new business opportunitiesStrengthen brand presence through collaboration with external PR partnersCross-sell services within existing client accounts to maximize relationship valueMaintain accurate records in the CRM system to support sales tracking and reportingSupport client engagement initiatives, including planning and executing hosted eventsContribute to relationship management efforts across key clients in London and EuropeWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline, with over 10 years of experience in real estate investments5+ years in senior leadership roles, with a proven ability to lead and inspire teamsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with expertise in negotiation and presentationProven business development success, with a track record of year-over-year growthDeep understanding of real estate structures, including tax reporting and regulatory complianceFamiliarity with industry software such as Investran, Yardi, and MRI is a strong plusDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently met deadlinesConfident in escalating issues appropriately to maintain service qualityProfessional accounting designations such as CPA, ACCA, or CIMA are advantageous
