Today, as well as providing stunning planting solutions, we also run a premium corporate floristry service and create impressive project work, from roof gardens to living walls.


The opportunity:




We are seeking to recruit a Business Development Executive for our Christmas portfolio sales. . This role focuses on channel partner selling through outreach and communication with the target market and lead list.

Location & Hours:




The role is offered on an initial fixed term if you are able to start in July (7 months) or August (6 months) and on a part-time basis (20 hours), based out of our HQ in Henham (CM22 6AA), enjoying a rural location, where lunch is provided onsite daily and ample parking.

What you will be doing:



Be an integral part of our Christmas team:

Work with list of target companies and sectors to drive sales of the Christmas portfolio within facilities management, property management and cleaning company sectors Carry out research using LinkedIn and the wider Internet to identify decision makers Make cold calls and write persuasive outreach emails Use the company CRM and keep notes up to date Work with colleagues in the Christmas, BD, and Sales teams to share knowledge and inform approach for some Platinum and other clients.

Requirements



Candidates with previous B2B Sales or tele marketing experience who are pro-active, a team player and able to ensure fantastic customer service managing all aspects indicated above including:



Must have a good commercial understanding and be able to connect and communicate with senior people within large organizations Must have excellent written and spoken communication skills Must be organized, motivated, positive, professional, and confident Must be a self-starter, able to research a company, make sound conclusions and write persuasive communications based on their findings Knowledge of working in a facilities management sector would be advantageous Some experience of tele-marketing, working in a recruitment office, or working as a PA/ Executive Assistant Experience of working in a corporate setting demonstrating communications skills, and people skills is desirable Experience of working in a B2B sales role is desirable
Salary: 13,168 (FTE=26,336)


Plus a bonus of up to 2500 dependant on GP
