F1 Arcade venues provide an immersive, state-of-the-art F1 racing simulation experience, gamified for a mass audience, with 'best in class' hospitality and exceptional venue design, all under one roof - for the ultimate night out in the fast lane...


The Role





This is not your typical desk job. You'll be out and about, meeting people, building relationships, and spreading the word about F1 Arcade. Think of yourself as an on-the-ground ambassador, connecting with businesses, universities, event planners, and local communities to drive revenue into the venue.

You'll work closely with the UK Business Development Manager and the wider UK Sales Team to smash targets and generate bookings -- and have fun doing it.

What You'll Be Doing



Hit the streets: visit offices, universities, and local hotspots to drum up interest and create opportunities Build connections: introduce F1 Arcade to key decision makers, pitch our venue as the place for events, socials, and parties Get creative: use guerilla marketing tactics and local partnerships to attract new customers Support events: help deliver activations, networking nights, and tastings to show off what we do best Own your pipeline: track your outreach, follow up leads, and celebrate every win

What We're Looking For



Recent graduate or early-career professional ready to kickstart a career in sales and hospitality High energy, outgoing, and confident -- you're not afraid to approach people and start conversations Resilient and driven -- you love chasing targets and don't mind hearing "no" Creative thinker who can spot opportunities and make things happen Organised and proactive, with strong communication skills A team player with a "get stuck in" attitude

(Previous sales or hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential -- we'll teach you everything you need to know!)
