Business Development Executive
with deep gaming industry expertise to join our global expansion team. In this role, you will own the complete sales cycle from lead identification and prospect pain point discovery through deal negotiation and closure. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships that support our worldwide business objectives. This position reports directly to the CEO of Vaix.
THE CHALLENGE:
Lead Generation & Pipeline Development:
Proactively identify and generate high-quality leads through multiple channels while qualifying and nurturing prospects to build a robust sales pipeline that drives consistent revenue growth.
Strategic Client Engagement:
Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and deliver compelling, tailored presentations that demonstrate how Vaix solutions address specific client pain points and business objectives.
Deal Negotiation & Closure:
Lead contract negotiations and close complex deals while maintaining strong relationships throughout the sales process, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for all parties.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with product, technical, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery that exceeds expectations and builds long-term partnerships.
Performance Analytics & Market Intelligence:
Track, analyze, and report on sales metrics using CRM systems while staying ahead of industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new revenue opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
ABOUT YOU:
Industry & Sales Experience:
Demonstrated success as a Sales Development, Business Development, or Account Executive in technology or gaming sectors with comprehensive understanding of Sportsbetting and iGaming ecosystem dynamics.
Sales & Analytical Excellence:
Strong command of sales processes with proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities. KPI-driven approach with demonstrated ability to query, analyze, and interpret data using industry-standard tools to drive decision-making.
Technical & Communication Proficiency:
Advanced skills in CRM software (Salesforce), MS Office Suite, LinkedIn, AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot), and other sales enablement platforms. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities with proven success engaging stakeholders at all levels.
Leadership & Relationship Building:
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Level Executives while working independently with excellent time management skills. Strong "get things done" attitude with eagerness to learn new tools and processes.
Network & Passion:
Broad international network in the Online Gaming industry highly valued. Genuine passion for sports and iGaming that enhances industry credibility and client engagement.
Global Readiness:
Willingness to travel internationally to support business development initiatives. Fluent English communication required, with additional languages advantageous.
