Business Development Support Administrator Apprentice role
As a BD Support Administrator Apprentice, you'll join our BD team, completing daily and weekly tasks, whilst developing your skills and completing an Apprenticeship in Business Administration.
The role will play a key role in helping us promote our Apprenticeships to employers across the region. From lead generation to liaising with clients, you'll learn all aspects of the sales cycle while receiving expert training and mentorship.
What you will be doing:
Identifying and generating interest from employers through various outreach methods
Engage with potential employers via phone, email and social media to promote our services.
Deliver confident explanations of how our training can benefit business.
Build strong relationships with employers and maintain positive ongoing communication.
Work to targets & KPIs to track your progress using CRM systems.
Collaborate with colleagues across the recruitment and delivery teams
You will receive structured training and 1-to-1 coaching from experience professionals.
We are looking for:
Minimum GCSE grade 4 or above (or equivalent) in English & Maths.
Some experience in sales, retail or customer service would be advantageous.
Great attitude, energy and ambition.

Clear and professional telephone manner.
Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
Someone comfortable using MS Office and CRM systems.
