Strong basic salary, depending on experience (sales experience desired but not essential.

A phased sales performance KPIs during induction building to 100% on successful completion of the induction period.
Uncapped monthly bonus/commission based on performance and accelerators - (Our current sales team earn in excess of 37k - salary and bonus combined)

Who you are...
Previous experience within sales is desirable but not essential.
A desire to make outbound calls and answers inbound enquiries with a confidence
A positive attitude to work and the ability to build relationships internally and externally.
A willingness to learn new skills and create a career in sales through desire, motivation and sales excellence
A desire to exceed personal and company targets to deliver uncapped rewards month on month
A Knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, & Excel)
Your working day...
Responsible for achieving monthly targets and KPI's as set out by Contact Centre Manager.
Making outbound calls from the company database to existing and prospective customers, creating leads to develop sales.
With training, recommending, demonstrating, estimating and negotiating to win business and cross selling the full range of products and services, to maximise company revenue and personal rewards.
Learn all company systems relevant to the role.
Work collaboratively with colleagues through the business to achieve customer satisfaction.
