Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join LTFE as an BDE, where you will be trained to build a qualified sales pipeline by prospecting and booking meetings with senior HR, L&D, and business leaders across the UK, Europe, and GCC. If you have no prior sales experience but a passion for learning and sales, we will provide full training. We offer a fast-track route to Account Executive (AE) for top performers who excel in the first 6-12 months.

What You Will Do

Outbound Prospecting

Identify and target HR/L&D decision-makers and business leaders in key sectors. Run multi-channel outreach (LinkedIn, email, phone, WhatsApp where appropriate). Personalise outreach based on role, sector, and current capability gaps. Drive first meetings for open courses, group bookings, and corporate solutions.

Lead Qualification and Handover

Qualify leads on need, timing, budget, authority, and buying process. Book meetings and send clear handover notes (context, pain points, stakeholders, next steps). Maintain high CRM hygiene (accurate stages, notes, next actions, contact data).

Pipeline Operations

Build and maintain target account lists. Track activity and conversion metrics weekly. Work closely with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and campaign responses.

Commercial Support (Light, as Needed)

Support coordination for quotations, delegate details, and stakeholder follow-up. Keep prospects warm between meetings and proposal stages.
What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Week 1-2

: Onboarding, messaging, ICP training, tools setup, first outreach live.

Week 3-6

: Consistent activity rhythm; first qualified meetings booked weekly.

Week 7-12

: Predictable output and improving conversion rates.
Typical targets (guidance):

60-100 quality touches per day across channels. 8-15 qualified meetings booked per month. 3-6 sales-qualified opportunities created per month. CRM is always up to date.

This role is ideal for someone with no prior sales experience but a strong desire to learn, work hard, and grow quickly. You must be enthusiastic, coachable, and comfortable with high-volume outreach.

Fast-track promotion to AE:

If you show exceptional performance (top 20% of the team), you will have the opportunity to fast-track your promotion to an Account Executive (AE) role after 6-12 months.
Requirements

No prior sales experience required--

training will be provided

. Strong communication skills: clear, professional, and direct (written and verbal). Resilient, self-motivated, and results-driven. Ability to work well within a team and be open to coaching. Passion for learning and sales development. Comfortable working UK hours, with some flexibility for GCC time zones.
Desirable (Not Required)

Experience in customer service, telesales, or any client-facing role. Familiarity with CRM systems (Dynamics, HubSpot, Salesforce) and sequencing tools.
