About Us



Turboactive are the UK's largest turbocharger distributor. We have a strong reputation and foothold across the UK and are renowned for excellent quality and service. We operate across the automotive, agricultural, plant machinery and marine marketplace. We supply mainly branded products from all the major turbocharger manufacturers.

We are based at Wynyard Business Park in the North East and have been operating since 1997.

The Role



Location:

Predominately office based at Wynyard with occasional visits to prospective and existing customers when required. Typically one of two trips per month for one or two days out on the road, visiting business customers.

Full training will be provided both in and out of the office environment and incorporate time visiting customers and prospective clients with our MIdland's based BDM. Training will include everything from office processes to basic turbocharger principles and operation and the landscape of the market place including the primary suppliers, distributors, customers and competitors.

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

Business development across potential, new, existing and dormant accounts. Promoting genuine, original equipment products to the automotive, plant, agricultural and marine marketplace. Winning new business through targeted prospecting. Travelling to meet clients in a face-to-face environment. Your role will focus on a mix of new business development, growth from existing / dormant accounts and maintaining strong existing accounts. Presenting our business and product offering to buyers and senior decision makers. Achieving objectives and contributing to the overall sales team's goals and targets in terms of revenue and profitability.

You will ideally have previous knowledge of either the the automotive, agricultural, HGV, plant or similar marketplace.

You will be resilient and dynamic salesperson with an energetic driven approach to achieve results. You will be seeking greater responsibility and more autonomy. You will be based in or close to the Tees Valley area.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 36,000.00-42,000.00 per year
