Business Development Executive

to support our growth plans and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships to increase revenue and market share. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and service development. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Develop and implement marketing and promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Prepare and present business proposals and strategic plans to senior management. Analyse business performance data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking functions. Collaborate closely with management and salon staff to align business development goals with service delivery. Monitor customer feedback and work with the team to continually improve service offerings.

Required Skills and Experience:

Proven experience in a business development, sales, or marketing role, ideally within the beauty, wellness, or retail sector. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and partners. Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently. Good understanding of digital marketing and customer engagement strategies. Knowledge of the local market in Bourne and surrounding areas is a plus.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours per week.
