Join Face for Business as our new Business Development Executive.

At Face for Business, we provide professional telephone answering and messaging services to businesses of all sizes. Since our launch in 2013, we've handled millions of calls and built a reputation for trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
Now, as we undergo an exciting restructure and expansion, we're looking for a Sales Executive to help build our brand and drive growth in both our telephone answering and live chat management services.

As a Business Development Executive at Face for Business, your role will be varied and rewarding. Key responsibilities include:
Respond to inbound leads in a timely manner
Make daily outbound B2B calls from sales manager-led campaigns and qualify potential opportunities
Attend business fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our services
Book and lead webinars or meetings with potential clients to showcase our solutions
Onboard new customers with professionalism and care
Collaborate closely with our PA and Operations teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
Achieve monthly revenue and activity targets
What We're Looking For
Ideally, someone with sales experience--but more importantly, this role requires a customer-centric mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage and build relationships with decision makers
