The Opportunity

We're looking for a hungry Business Development Executive to own the full sales cycle - from prospecting through to close. You'll be targeting SMEs who need expert digital marketing but don't yet know we exist.

This is a true hunter role with some warm leads provided, but you'll be building your own pipeline through research, outreach, and relationship-building. The market is responsive, our services deliver real ROI for clients, and the earning potential is genuinely uncapped.

What You'll Be Doing

Prospecting:

Research and identify high-potential SMEs across the UK who fit our ideal client profile

Outreach:

Make daily outbound calls and reach out to prospects on social media to build relationships and create opportunities

Consultative Selling:

Understand prospect challenges and position our Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and web design services as solutions

Proposal Development:

Create compelling, tailored proposals and maintain detailed records in our CRM

Collaboration:

Work with our delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and set expectations for success

Closing:

Negotiate agreements, finalise contracts, and see deals through to payment setup

What We're Looking For

Essential:



2+ years' B2B sales experience

with a proven track record of consistently hitting/exceeding targets

Hunter mentality

- you're energised by prospecting and motivated by commission potential

Excellent communication skills

- equally comfortable on cold calls, video meetings, or LinkedIn outreach

Self-starter with commercial acumen

- you understand business challenges and can position solutions effectively

Full UK driving licence

and ability to commute to our office north of Chelmsford daily

Desirable:



Experience selling digital marketing, SaaS, or professional services Understanding of PPC, SEO, or social media advertising (we'll train you on the details) Demonstrable success building pipeline from scratch Experience with CRM systems (we use Pipedrive)

Financial:



30,000 base salary

Genuinely uncapped commission structure

Realistic OTE: 60,000

(based on current market conditions and average deal values) Top performers have the potential to earn significantly more
