Your Role
As a Business Development Executive, you'll be at the forefront of driving growth and expanding client relationships. Your mission is to uncover new opportunities, build strong connections, and showcase our market-leading services.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage new business opportunities through market research, outreach, and networking
Build and nurture strong client relationships with both new and existing customers
Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that reflect our high standards and technical capabilities
Attend industry events and conferences to represent the business and develop partnerships
Collaborate closely with our leadership team to refine marketing strategies and growth initiatives
Support the creation and management of content for social media and marketing campaigns
Work towards (and exceed) clearly defined sales and engagement targets
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a dynamic communicator and strategic thinker with a passion for growth and innovation.
Essential Skills:
Proven ability in sales, marketing, or client engagement
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with presentations and pitching in person and virtually
Highly organised, self-motivated, and driven by results
IT literate with excellent writing and research skills
Strategic mindset with an eye for opportunities
Willing to travel between sites and attend events as needed
Desirable:
Previous experience in business development, preferably in construction or surveying
Relevant qualifications in Business, Marketing or related fields
Understanding of surveying or construction principles
Full, clean UK driving licence
