The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Business Development Executive
to spearhead new sales opportunities across our Defence product portfolio. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence and ensuring seamless customer engagement from initial contact through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Drive new business development for MANTIS, OPTONAV, APNT and other Defence solutions.
Generate and qualify leads across UK and international markets.
Prepare and deliver compelling quotes and proposals.
Manage customer relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
Collaborate with internal teams and international agents to support customer needs.
Represent the company at Defence events, exhibitions, and customer meetings.
Support the delivery of customer trials and demonstrations to support sales efforts.
Essential Requirements
Proven background in the
military or Defence sector
.
Strong understanding of Defence procurement and customer engagement.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.
Desirable Skills & Experience
Background in
Communications
, particularly
Tactical Data Links
.
Demonstrated success in
selling into the Defence market
.
Experience working with international Defence customers and agents.
