Business Development Executive - Fintech Solutions for US Financial Markets (Remote, EST Hours)

You'll be working in a strategic, consultative role where you connect with potential clients, identify needs, and coordinate expert-led demos that showcase value. Your work will directly contribute to the company's growth in a dynamic, global industry.
What you'll be doing:
Proactively identifying and mapping potential clients in the financial services sector
Building strong relationships through strategic outreach, discovery calls, and remote presentations
Acting as the first point of contact to understand prospect needs and coordinate expert-led demos
Managing a pipeline of prospects from cold introduction through to formal engagement
Working closely with product specialists to support the sales lifecycle
What we're looking for:
Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B business development, ideally within software or financial services
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills
Confident leading conversations with senior stakeholders via phone, video, and email
Resilient, self-motivated and proactive with a knack for opening doors and spotting opportunities
Comfortable working remotely, predominantly in US EST hours
The Offer:
40,000 base salary + performance-based bonus = OTE 50,000
