will play a key role in expanding our presence in schools by pitching our services, building strategic relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across the education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, approach, and pitch to schools and education leaders across the region
Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients (schools, academies, trusts)
Schedule and attend meetings with decision-makers to present our offerings
Develop tailored proposals that align with school needs and objectives
Maintain strong follow-ups and relationship management for long-term growth
Meet targets related to outreach, lead conversion, and client retention
Track activities using CRM tools and provide regular updates to the team
What We're Looking For:
1+ year experience in education, sales, recruitment, or edtech
Confident communicator with excellent presentation skills
Passionate about improving educational services and outcomes
Organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented
Knowledge of school structures and the UK education landscape is a plus
Full UK driving licence preferred (if the role involves travel)
