The Role
We are seeking a proactive and driven
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. This is a new role with an opportunity to shape the sales process and play a pivotal role in Aromantic's growth. The role will be focused on identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing and potential skincare and beauty brand clients, whilst driving sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Managing Director to design and implement a clear sales process and establish strong client relationships. They will actively contribute to the growth of Aromantic's valued skincare and beauty brand client base in the UK and internationally.

Key Responsibilities
? Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities across wholesale, private label, and partnerships.
? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
? Deal with inbound enquiries from potential customers.
? Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on consultative selling.
? Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads, tracking progress through CRM systems to ensure effective management.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
? Provide regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity.
Skills & Experience
? Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within beauty, cosmetics, natural products, or related industries.
? Excellent telephone manner.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
? Strong negotiation and closing skills.
? Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with the ability to work independently.
? Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for lead tracking and reporting.
? Knowledge of natural skincare, ingredients, or formulation is desirable but not essential.

? Salary from 25,000 - 35,000 (pro-rata) depending on experience. Plus performance-based bonuses.
? Part-time to full-time hours available, starting from 20 hours per week up to full time depending on the candidate.

Bonus & Incentive Structure
The Business Development Executive role includes a competitive base salary and a performance-based bonus linked to Aromantic's overall sales and profitability. Bonuses are designed to reward both short-term performance and long-term sustainable growth.
