THE ROLE
We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. We are looking for a truly passionate and self-motivated individual who can build upon and directly input to the continued success of our business.
This role will primarily be telephone-based, converting and following up on quotes to secure business in line with agreed annual targets. You will liaise with new introducers, as directed by the Business Development Director, to introduce the firm and its service provision to help increase Equilaw's market share. Working towards pre-agreed goals, you will be required to set up new business meetings, particularly targeting later life advisors, to increase Equilaw's referral sources.
Our clients and growing introducer base always expect a high level of professional service, meaning strong stakeholder relationship skills are essential to meet their needs and expectations.

CRITERIA
Hold GCSE Maths and English grade 4/C or above.
Competent in using Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Previous sales/contact centre/target-driven background desirable, not essential
Estate agents/property background desirable, not essential
Passion for delivering excellent customer service, essential.
PERSONAL APTITUDE & SKILLS
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
Telephone communication, client care, empathy.
Strong organisation and time management skills.
Ability to work within a team, on your initiative, and to work under pressure.
Willingness to learn with a positive mindset.
