What You'll Be Doing



Spotting

and

pursuing

opportunities for new business across key sectors. Re-engaging old clients and developing existing accounts. Representing AYRE at

trade shows

,

networking events

, and

client meetings

. Building and managing a

healthy, realistic sales pipeline

. Working closely with our project and ops team to hand over jobs cleanly. Keeping

Salesforce

tidy - if it's not in the CRM, it doesn't exist. Collaborating with marketing on outreach campaigns and content ideas. Bringing

energy

,

ideas

, and a

digital-first approach

to everything you do.

What We're Looking For



Someone who

understandspeople and

builds trust

fast. Confident communicator -

professional

when needed, but

not robotic

. Curious mindset - asks questions, listens well, sees the bigger picture. Comfortable talking numbers - revenue, margin, cost-to-serve. Knows their way around events or AV (or picks it up quickly). Ideally 3-5 years of B2B sales or business development experience. Experience with

Salesforce

(or a willingness to learn it properly).
