Role overview:
This role focuses on growing SaaS revenues for selected Tes software solutions among existing accounts and new prospects. The primary objective is to identify decision-makers, understand their needs, and build relationships to secure new sales and increase revenue. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, demonstrating software products using a value-based approach, and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
Key responsibilities:
Meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) set by the business.
Perform a high volume of daily calls to build a pipeline, advance, and close sales.
Maintain accurate revenue and opportunity forecasting.
Keep CRM up-to-date at all times.
Stay current on market and product knowledge, including competitive positioning.
Rapidly increase the penetration of Tes software solutions in line with sales targets.
Build and manage a pipeline of sales opportunities, adhering to consistent processes and methodologies.
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to identify new revenue opportunities and secure sales.

Experience in outbound telesales with a proven record of exceeding targets.
