You are a 'hunter' who is ready to open opportunities for the sales team. You enjoy the buzz of winning self-generated appointments, and you are motivated by the attractive earnings that will come from successfully generated leads turning into customers.

Key Responsibilities:



Telephone Introductions



Hitting 100 dials per day to generate leads and appointments. Introducing self-generated prospects and customers to local billboard advertising opportunities over the phone.

Appointment setting



Setting qualified appointments for the field sales team to fill their diaries and hit your appointment KPIs. Prospect building and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Taking ownership for existing customer database, you will cleanse and update as you call Expanding this database with new customer information obtained from various sources such as the company's website, spreadsheets, local newspapers, social media, & email Ensuring that all data is approved to be used for marketing to abide by data protection and GDPR laws

Communication



Able to have natural conversations (verbal and when writing emails) with business owners, decision makers and customers by using your great charisma and persuasive style, whilst liaising effectively with the Sales and Marketing team.

Gathering feedback



Contacting existing and past customers via phone and or email to gather their likes, dislikes, and satisfaction. Using this opportunity for opening selling or cross selling opportunities

Skills & Traits



Resilient, articulate, confident, positive & high-energy Experienced in appointment making or a lead generation role Enjoy calling multiple businesses and not set back by customers saying 'no' Experience working in a B2B sales role (ideal, not required) Enjoys working as part of a high energy Sales and Marketing Team Well-presented, polite, and tactful Good IT skills - CRM (Hubspot a bonus!) Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-27,500.00 per year
