This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in London. This dynamic role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing social media and digital marketing initiatives, and working closely with various departments to enhance brand visibility and promote our services.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive business growth
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including social media channels
Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance brand visibility and promote services
Oversee client contract management and ensure high standards of service delivery
Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
Identify new business opportunities, clients, and strategic partnerships
Conduct client visits regularly to assess needs and nurture engagement
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
Create and deliver tailored proposals that respond to client requirements
Grow and maintain professional networks to uncover new leads
Prepare and work towards achieving sales forecasts and targets
Represent the organisation as a brand ambassador, maintaining professionalism
Align with company goals and vision to elevate overall performance.
What we are looking for
Consultative selling experience - the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients, listening to their needs and tailoring the service to them.
