Are you a highly driven, bilingual Chinese/English professional with a passion for driving growth in the legal sector? We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion across the UK and Eastern Asia.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the legal sector in both the UK and Eastern Asia. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients (both local and overseas) Liaise with clients across jurisdictions to understand their legal needs and refer them to the company for the provision of tailored legal services Assist with pitches, proposals and presentations to secure new business Conduct market and competitor research tracking both local and international legal industry trends Market business to raise awareness and promote through events, webinars, and campaigns for UK and Eastern Asia Represent the firm at UK and international networking events and conferences Travel frequently between the UK and Eastern Asia to promote the firm and support business growth

Requirements

Strong communication skills Strategic thinking; a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets. Relationship building and negotiation Must be fluent in Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin) language
